FIRST - get a pen and paper to take notes. As you browse through the web site you will want to write down the color of granite, the size, the lettering and the code for the carvings that you want on the granite grave marker or the bronze grave marker.

SECOND - Email us the details (size, color of granite, what lettering you want on the memorial, if you want a ceramic or lazered portrait, etc.) that you want on the memorial. Please let us know your cemetery’s name and address and phone number so that we can confirm that the requested memorial is acceptable to them. In 2 to 3 days we will send a computer drawing via E-mail for you to approve. PLEASE double check the lettering, dates and composition for accuracy!

THIRD - After the drawing of the granite or bronze grave marker is just the way you want it - then call us with your credit card information or send us a check for the quoted price.  For monuments that are more expensive than $1,000 you can make 1/2 payment with the order and the rest of the payment will be due before the monument is shipped. At this point we will put your order in our system for production

NOTICE... We will make up to 2 free drawings of the proposed grave marker or monument for your consideration.  Because of the cost of making these proofs any additional drawings will require payment of $25 each.
